Joy Through Movement

Also known as T’ai Chi Chih, this gentle and joy filled moving meditation will help balance body, mind and spirit. First 45 minutes of class will focus on a full practice session. Beginners are welcome and will be taught the basics of the form in the last 15 minutes of each class. Practice is also available via Zoom (contact instructor for link).
