Sound Bath for Wellness

Take a break from the busyness of everyday life and experience the deeply relaxing power of sound. During this 75-minute class, you’ll get comfortable while soothing sounds and vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments wash over and around you.

Sound baths can support relaxation, help quiet a busy mind, ease everyday stress, and leave you feeling more grounded and refreshed.

No experience is needed—simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself time to rest and reset.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to be comfortable. Chairs may also be used if lying on the floor isn’t comfortable for you.

Walk-ins are welcome! A QR Code will be available before class for registration and payment.
